Hi, I’m Carrie
I’m a weight-inclusive, anti-diet registered dietitian nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor. You may also know me from my regular nutrition columns in The Seattle Times. I help women who are struggling with yo-yo dieting — often with out-of-control feelings around food — and a lack of confidence about how to eat and truly care for themselves.
In my work with clients, I help them start to tune into and trust their own body’s wisdom and develop a deeply personal plan for nourishing themselves — with food and self-care — so they can make empowered, compassionate decisions to support their well-being and ultimately feel better in their own skin.
