Happy Monday! If you’re reading this you’ve noticed that my blog design has changed a bit. I started this blog in 2010, and my separate website at the beginning of 2014. It’s nice to have them united under one roof, so to speak, as designed by my husband, Jeff.
As I write this, I’m at the Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo (FNCE) in Nashville. This is my fourth FNCE, and I look forward to it every year for the education and the networking. Yesterday I attended sessions on the microbiome, how perceptions of bitter and sweet tastes affect food choices, and whether appetite can every truly be controlled.
