When I saw this Mindful Eating Marathon infographic on Susan Alber’s Eating Mindfully website the other day, I thought it would be the perfect thing to post on May 1 (she posted it back in March, which of course works, too!). Learning to eat and live, mindfully is a skill that needs to be cultivated, as with any new skill. And that means taking things one step at a time. (Update 5/2: I split the graphic into two halves so I could display it at the intended width, allowing it to actually be readable. For some reason the full-length graphic insisted on displaying at a reduced width.)
